Registration fees

Early registration — up to July 15 (student)	5000 NOK
Early registration — up to July 15 (regular)	5500 NOK
Late registration — from July 15 to August 23 (student)	5500 NOK
Late registration — from July 15 to August 23 (regular)	6000 NOK
Online participation via Zoom — up to September 4	Free (registration required)

All registration fees are given in Norwegian crowns (NOK).

If you plan to participate physically but would like to have access to the Zoom link for online participation as well, we recommend filling out both registration forms (for physical, and for online participation).

Please note also that while there is no deadline for registering for online participation, at least one author of each accepted abstract must have registered for physical or online participation by August 23. Even if not presenting, we highly recommend registering for online participation within September 4, 2026.
