Whoever wants to attend the conference physically should check the regulations for traveling to Norway.

To the date of August 12, people that are exempt from the quarantine when entering Norway are:

– people coming from a region that has a sufficiently low infection rate (green countries). You can find a map here. This map is updated every Monday.

In this case, it is mandatory to fill the form at https://reg.entrynorway.no/?lang=en, and they do not have to transit in orange or red countries while they are traveling to Norway. Travelers must complete their registration prior to their arrival in Norway and may only register their journey in the 72 hours before their time of arrival.

Please note that in this case you need to provide a negative Covid test before arrival and you have also to take a covid test when entering Norway. If you travel by airplane, this last test will be done at the airport.

– People who are fully vaccinated or who have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months, and who can document this with a verifiable COVID-19 certificate that is connected to the EUDCC gateway, will be able to enter Norway freely, regardless of which country they are traveling from. These people are exempt from the duty to quarantine, testing prior to arrival, testing at the border, and the requirement of entry registration.
